Empire and Power is two of the best drama television series on TV and been rivals for some time now.
Empire
The hit American musical drama series Empire was debuted on January 7, 2015 on Fox and quickly became popular. The series is based up on a hip hop music, entertainment company, Empire entertainment, and the drama among families and founders fighting to control it. With stars like Terrence Howard, Taraji P. Henson, Jussie Smollett, Bryshere Gray, Trai Byers, Grace Byers, Gabourey Sidibe, Ta'Rhonda Jones, Serayah, Xzibit, Kaitlin Doubleday, Malik Yoba, and many more the TV show became one of the most viewed series on television. The show took place in Chicago, Illinois, New York, Philadelphia, and Pennsylvania. With Executive producers Danny Strong, Brian Grazer, Robert Munic, Francie Calfo and Sanaa Hamri, the show has been very successful and is still doing great.
Power
Power has been around before Empire and is an American crime drama series aired on Starz. The show first premiered on June 7, 2014 and became very popular on television. The stars in this show are Omari Hardwick, Lela Loren, Naturi Naughton, Joseph Sikora, Curtis 50 Cent Jackson, Andy Bean, Adam Huss, Kathrine Narducci, Greg Serano, Luis Antonio Ramos, and a lot more. The show was created by Courtney Kemp Agboh and produced by Curtis 50 Cent Jackson and takes place in United State. The show follows a man name "Ghost" owner of a popular nightclub called "Truth", in New York City. He is an Drug dealer and a married man who is trying to balance these two life.

In 2015 one of the two main stars of both show took some shots at each other, as 50 Cent claimed that they are copying the Marketing. However Taraji was asked a question pertaining to what 50 said and she replied, " I pay attention to dollar's not cents, but it turned out that the two was joking around.
My Favourite
I'm a fan of both drama series and I find both of them very nice to watch. However my favourite is Empire, because it has more twist and cliffhanging moments and I'm a fan of music as well, but Power is a very good series and is full of drama and intense moments. But I say Empire, so which one is your favourite and why?
