Not knowing how Kepner will leave the show, but many fans are assuming that she'll die. When it comes on to leaving Grey's Anatomy, death is at the top. Some fans are saying she might commit suicide because of her depression, But i really don't think April will die. I think she'll maybe go to rehab or try to find her faith.
