April Kepner Dies In The Next Episode Of "Grey's Anatomy"

April Kepner is an attending trauma surgeon at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Kepner became a fan favourite and has kept most fans entertained throughout the seasons of Greys.

Will Kepner Die?
Yesterday a Promo/Preview video of Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 23 was released. In the video we saw Owen looking for April, then he spotted her on the ground unconscious. She was rushed to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, then we saw Meredith trying to give her CPR screaming, "Were not going to lose her". Then we saw a next scene of Meredith crying and Jackson running towards April on the bed in tears holding on to her dead body crying.

Many fans are upset and heartbroken right now. Some fans are saying that Shonda is killing her characters one by one, while others are saying Shonda is evil for killing April.

I really hope she doesn't die and some miracle can happen. I like April she's a very good character, seeing her dead will just tear me up.
