Which Grey's Anatomy Death Scene Was The Saddest and most memorable?
Grey's Anatomy is a medical drama series that focuses on a group of doctors at a hospital in Seattle.
Grey's Anatomy has fill us up with a lot of phenomenal moments from it's first season to it's last. Grey's Anatomy also had some sad moments that left a lot of fans heartbroken and sentimental. Nothing is more heartbroken than to see you're favourite character die in the show.
Here's a few deaths that broke our heart.
1. George O'Malley.
George O'Malley was a surgical resident at Seattle Grace Hospital. George jumped in front of a bus trying to save a woman and was so disfigured that nobody at the hospital knew it was him. When he was dying he wrote "OO7" on Meredith's hand revealing himself. His death was sad and romantic at the same time, the reason for this is because we got to see him and Izzie in a sort of after life or hallucination. George was in a army suit and Izzie in a prom dress.
2.Derek Shepherd.
Derek's Death is one of the saddest deaths in the show. Derek was a fan favourite of Grey's Anatomy and his death left a lot of fans in tears. Derek survived a plane crash, shooting and a car accident. But he died at the hands of incompetent surgeons. When his wife Meredith unplugged him from the life support machine, most fans heart shattered into pieces like glass.
3.Mark Sloan.
Mark Sloan was in a horrible plane crash that slipped him into a coma. Callie had to remove his life support, leaving Derek and her in tears.
4. Lexie Grey.
Lexie Grey death scene was very sad. She was apart of the plane crash that killed Mark. She was a great character it was sad to see her go like that.
5. Denny Duquette.
Denny Duquette survived a heart transplant and seemed to be ok. But then he had a blood clot which killed him, leaving Izzie in tears as she lay with him in her beautiful dress crying.
6. Ellis Grey.
Ellis Grey was the mother of Meredith. Her death actually saved Meredith. As her heart fails, she told Meredith that she shouldn't be here and she's anything but ordinary in some sort of afterlife, causing Mer to wake up.
