Which Past Character/Characters Should Return To Grey's Anatomy Before It Ends.
Grey's Anatomy is now heading into the 15th season with impressive ratings. The show however is about one or two seasons away from its grand finale.
Many fans would like to see a few past characters return before the hit medical drama series ends, and the producers have a lot of time to do so.
One character most fans would love to see return is Derek (Patrick Dempsey), but that's not possible because he lost his life in a previous season, unless he could return as a flashback or ghost. Sandra Oh is a next great character we would love to see before the show ends, but Oh is currently focusing on her new series 'Killing Eve' and she clearly stated that she don't think she will ever return to Grey's.

1. Preston Burke.
Preston was the head of cardiothoracic surgery at Seattle Grace Hospital. He was a great character that was known for dating Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh). He left the show a long time ago, I think him returning would be great.
2. Callie Torres.
Callie Torres was the head of orthopedic surgery and board member of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Know for marrying George who ended up cheating on her. She then divorce George and marry Arizona Robbins, with whom she has a daughter.
3. Izzie Stevens.
Izzie Steven was a surgical resident at Seattle Grace Hospital. Izzie was a great character and fan favourite of the show. Izzie brings the drama to Grey's and always left us with cliffhanging moments. She definitely should return.
4. Dr. Leah Murphy.
Leah Murphy was a surgical resident at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. She was fired because she wasn't fit to be a surgeon. Leah was a good person and one of the humblest female characters to star in Grey's Anatomy.
5. Erica Hahn.
Erica Hahn was a cardiothoracic surgeon at Seattle Grace Hospital. She was known for dating Callie Torres. Erica was a great character, it was very sad to see her leave the show, I'm sure many fans would like to see her again in the show.
