Sarah Drew Say's Leaving Grey's Anatomy Was Like Attending Her Own Funeral.
It seems as if Sarah Drew haven't moved on and is still grieving her departure in Grey's Anatomy.
"In a way you almost feel like you're attending your own funeral. weirdly but in a really beautiful way," the actress told Vulture at BAFTA's pre- Emmys party of leaving the ABC drama in the spring. "I think that in being let go, the outcry of support from fans, from my cast, from my crew, was so extraordinary. I talk about it as being love bombed."
Drew also said, " There's been so many silver linings. Nine years playing one character, it's a long time! I am so excited to spread my wings and be somebody else for a time."
Sarah Drew played April Kepner in Grey's Anatomy and was a very good character who always kept us smiling.
Many fans would love to see Kepner return, but she stated that she's excited to be somebody else for a time, which means she won't be returning any time soon.
