Grey's Anatomy season 15 episode 13 was very intense, but one of the parts that stood out most was Teddy confessing her feelings to Tom. Teddy went to his hotel room telling him that her "friendship with Owen was meant to stay as friend," even though she had feelings for him. She then said that, her friendship with Tom is different, and before she could finish expressing her feelings, Tom kisses her,Then he invited her in for some lunch.

A lot of Greys Anatomy fans predicted the two dating. They are good friends, but you could tell that Teddy liked Tom, the way she always looked at him and that face when he leaves. Teddy however is indeed pregnant for Owen, but that ain't stopping her from falling in love again. And it seems like Tom don't really care about Teddy's pregnancy, he still wants to be with her whether she's pregnant or not.
