We all know the four guys listed above is arguably the most ruthless characters in the hit TV series Top Boy. 

Jamie is more of an leader type and will do anything to stay on top. Jamie is also the type of person you don't want to get upset. We've seen quite a few guys mess with Jamie and paid the ultimate price even Dushane Hill and Sully was at war with Jamie before teaming up.

Sully is one of, if not the most ruthless character in the show. Sully isn't the one to play with, this guy will literally take your life in the blink of an eye if you provoke him. Throughout the seasons we've witnessed Sully taking out most of your favorite characters including Dris and Jamie. Sully is one of the most feared characters in the show who doesn't care about anything or who you are.

Dushane is also a ruthless person and loves to be on top like Jamie. If you mess with Dushane or anyone close to him he'll hunt you down and get his revenge. Unlike the other characters, Dushane is very smart and instead of attacking you sametime he studies your move, makes a plan then execute it. Dushane is very organized and that is what gives him the edge over most of these Characters.

Modie is one crazy individual that doesn't care about anything or anyone. Modie would stare into your eyes and laugh before killing you. However we've seen Modie picking on Sully in prison and he paid the price for doing that. Sully left Modie with one eye and a burnt face.

Who Would you call for help?

If I was to choose any two it would be Sully and Dushane. The reason for choosing these Characters is because Sully and Dushane work as a team and when they are coming for you just know that there's no escaping. Without Kit Jamie isn't really that powerful and as we all know Jamie took Kit's life because Dushane ordered him to.
