When you talk about crazy, ruthless, aggressive, smart, spiteful etc, then you are describing John Kreese. John Kreese doesn't play by the rules and will do anything to come out victorious. We've seen John Kreese taking control of Cobra Kai, which was reincarnated by Johnny Lawrence. John Kreese took control and turned the kids into monsters, teaching them to fight dirty and show no mercy. Kreese does not show remorse or Pity to anyone and if you are weak you're not qualified to be apart of Cobra Kai.

With his rivals teaming up, Kreese went to visit his old army friend Terry Silver to help him win The All Valley Tournament with Cobra Kai. Silver accepts the offer and ended up betraying Kreese by framing him which lead to John Kreeses arrest. 

Before the tournament ended was Kreese changing? In the final fight between Tory and Sam after Tory landed an illegal blow to Sam's face, Silver told Tory to do it again if Sam tried that move on her again. Tory wasn't pleased with that and told Silver she doesn't have to cheat to win, while Silver convinced her that the referee wouldn't end the fight,with Tory not knowing Silver already paid the referee to cheat so Cobra Kai could win. Kreese on the other hand after hearing Silver influencing Tory to cheat, had an flashback of how he treated Johnny in the past and told Silver to let Tory do what she wants also sharing some positive words with Tory.
